Regina Smith

Co-Founder & Queen Dreamer | MA, MFA

Regina Smith is Co-Founder and CEO. As a personal development coach, Regina brings radical honesty and training in mindfulness and power dynamics to organizations who wish to develop inclusive cultures for the greater good. Regina Smith holds an MFA in Poetry from Sarah Lawrence College, an MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University, and currently serves as the Executive Director of Mission Integration and Student Affairs at Naropa University.

Betsy Gonzalez Blohm

Director of Inquiry & Learning | MAT, CLDE

As Director of Inquiry and Learning, Betsy strives to work with people and organizations to disrupt systems and habits that are inequitable, unsatisfying, and oppressive. Betsy spent a decade-long career as an educator in K-12 public schools in D.C., Brooklyn, and Boulder, teaching and learning with students in diverse communities. She is currently a professor at Regis University in the teacher licensure program training future educators to weave anti-racism, critical consciousness, and mindfulness into their teaching. As an award-winning educator, she uses her expertise in inquiry and learning to make it possible for workshop participants to turn awareness into practice.

Nic Aquino-Roithmayr

Director of Mindfulness | MA, LPCC

Nic is a Social Justice Counselor, Contemplative Psychotherapist, and Violence Prevention Educator. His work is rooted in the understanding that identity and social location are intrinsic to a person's process of healing and empowerment. As a white-bodied, queer man, Nic is passionate about interrupting the ways we perpetuate cycles of violence in our own lives, and being a part of collective recovery from cultures of dominance.
